Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (c. 15) U.K.

170 (1) Section 5 of that Act (SOCA's general powers) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (2)(d) after “or 3” insert “ or mentioned in section 2A, ”.

(3) In subsection (3) after “3” insert “ or mentioned in section 2A ”.

(4) In subsection (4) after “section” insert “ 2A or ”.
