18 E+W In section 114 of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 (complaints about social services), in subsection (5)(a) for “(and to be treated as if it had been duly made under section 26 of that Act)” substitute “ (and for the complaint to be treated as satisfying sections 26A and 26B of that Act) ”.
