Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (c. 67) E+W

37 E+W In section 17(4) of the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (local authority and statutory undertakers' land), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “local authority”, for “and a joint authority established by Part IV of the Local Government Act 1985,” substitute “ , a joint authority established by Part 4 of the Local Government Act 1985 or an authority established for an area in England by an order under section 207 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (joint waste authorities), ”.
