49 E+W In section 52(1A) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (payments for recycling and disposal etc of waste), at the end insert “ or any authority established for an area in England by an order under section 207 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (joint waste authorities) ”.
