43 E+W In Schedule 2 to the Local Government Act 1988 (public supply or works contracts: the public authorities), after the entry relating to an authority established by an order under section 10(1) of the Local Government Act 1985 insert— “ An authority established for an area in England by an order under section 207 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (joint waste authorities). ”
