39 E+W In paragraph 7(2)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Stock Transfer Act 1982 (specified securities), after “1985” insert “ , an authority established for an area in England by an order under section 207 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (joint waste authorities) ”.
