(a) in subsection (3) for “taxed” substitute “ assessed ”, and

(b) in subsection (4)—

(i) for “taxed” substitute “ assessed ”,

(ii) for “taxation” substitute “ assessment ”, and

(iii) for “taxing officer” (in both places) substitute “ costs officer ”.
