Schedule 16 contains amendments of—

(a)

the Solicitors Act 1974 (c. 47),

(b)

Part 1 of the Administration of Justice Act 1985 (c. 61) (recognised bodies), and

(c)

section 89 of, and Schedule 14 to, the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 (c. 41) (foreign lawyers: partnerships and recognised bodies).
