349 U.K. In Schedule 8 (leases), in paragraph 5(6) for “any amount chargeable to tax under section 348 or 349 of the Taxes Act” substitute “ any amount from which a sum representing income tax is required to be deducted under Part 15 of ITA 2007 ”.
