519 U.K. In section 410(3)(b) (stock dividend income arising to trustees) for the words from “income” to the end substitute “ accumulated or discretionary income (as defined in section 480 of ITA 2007 but excluding income arising under a trust established for charitable purposes only or an unauthorised unit trust in relation to which section 504 of that Act applies) ”.
