272 U.K.In paragraph 36(3) of Schedule 2 to the Administration of Justice Act 1985—

(a) for “sections 745(3) and” substitute “ section ”, and

(b) after “1988” insert “ and sections 749, 771(5) and (6) and 788(5) and (6) of the Income Tax Act 2007 ”.
