446 “Charity” to include exempt bodies U.K.

In this Chapter “charity” includes—

(a) the Trustees of the National Heritage Memorial Fund,

(b) the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission for England, and

(c) the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts.
