The Consumer Credit Act 1974 (c. 39) does not regulate loans made in accordance with regulations under section 22 of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998 (c. 30).

The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 does not regulate loans made in accordance with those regulations.
