In Part 6 of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (public authorities)—

(a)

for “The Council for the Regulation of Health Care Professionals” substitute “The Council for Healthcare Regulatory Excellence”, and

(b)

at the appropriate place insert—

“The Office of the Health Professions Adjudicator.”
