20U.K.In section 58 of the Health Act 2006 (which enables the Secretary of State to arrange for appointment functions of the Secretary of State to be exercised by the Appointments Commission), in subsection (3), for the words from “chairmen” to the end substitute—
“(a)chairmen and non-executive members of any of the statutory bodies listed in Schedule 5, and
(b)non-executive members of the Council for Healthcare Regulatory Excellence.”
