Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 E+W

10 E+W In section 51 of the 1984 Act (duties of local authorities and port health authorities under Part 4)—

(a) omit subsection (1), and

(b) in subsection (2) omit the words “the provisions of this Part of this Act and”.
