There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Health and Social Care Act 2008, Paragraph 28.
28E+WIn section 73 of the 1984 Act (Crown property) after subsection (4) insert—
“(5)In this section “premises” does not include any vessel—
(a)belonging to Her Majesty, or
(b)under the command or charge of an officer holding Her Majesty's commission.”
