Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 E+W

8 E+W In section 49 of the 1984 Act (regulations as to canal boats), in subsection (1)—

(a) at the end of paragraph (a) insert “ and ”,

(b) omit paragraph (c) and the word “and” immediately preceding it.
