11(1)Section 134 of the MHA (correspondence of patients) is amended as follows.E+W
(2)In subsection (3), after paragraph (c) insert—
“(ca)the Care Quality Commission;”.
(3)In subsection (6), for “section 121(7) and (8) above” substitute “ section 134A(1) to (4) ”.
(4)In subsection (9), after “this section” insert “ and section 134A ”.
