Joint action E+W

8 (1) The Commission may act jointly with another public authority where it is appropriate to do so for the efficient and effective exercise of the Commission's functions. E+W

(2) Sub-paragraph (1) is without prejudice to any other power the Commission may have to act jointly with another public authority.
