Part 1 E+W Amendments of Care Standards Act 2000

12 E+W In section 14 of the 2000 Act (cancellation of registration), in subsection (2), after paragraph (e) insert—

“(f) an offence under Part 1 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 or regulations made under that Part.”
