(a)in subsection (4), after “section 20” insert “ or 20A or gives notice under section 20B ”,
(b)after paragraph (a) of that subsection insert—
“(aa)to suspend the registration or extend a period of suspension;”, and
(c)in subsection (5), after “(a)” insert “ or (c) ”.
