Schedule A1 to the Prison Act 1952 (further provision about Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Prisons) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 2(2)—

omit paragraph (f), and

(b)

for paragraph (g) substitute—

“(g)

the Care Quality Commission,”.

(3)

In paragraph 3(2)—

(a)

omit paragraph (c), and

(b)

for paragraph (d) substitute—

“(d)

the Care Quality Commission;”.
