Police Act 1996 (c. 16) E+W

63 (1) Schedule 4A to the Police Act 1996 (further provision about Her Majesty's Inspectors of Constabulary) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In paragraph 2(2)—

(a) omit paragraph (f), and

(b) for paragraph (g) substitute—

“(g) the Care Quality Commission,”.

(3) In paragraph 3(2), for paragraph (d) substitute—

“(d) the Care Quality Commission;”.

(4) In paragraph 4—

(a) omit paragraph (f), and

(b) for paragraph (g) substitute—

“(g) the Care Quality Commission,”.
