71(1)The Schedule to the Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate Act 2000 (further provision about Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of the Crown Prosecution Service) is amended as follows.
(2)In paragraph 2(2)—
(a)omit paragraph (f), and
(b)for paragraph (g) substitute—
“(g)the Care Quality Commission,”.
(3)In paragraph 4—
(a)omit paragraph (f), and
(b)for paragraph (g) substitute—
“(g)the Care Quality Commission,”.
