Courts Act 2003 (c. 39) E+W

75 (1) Schedule 3A to the Courts Act 2003 (further provision about the Inspectors of Court Administration) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In paragraph 2(2)—

(a) omit paragraph (f), and

(b) for paragraph (g) substitute—

“(g) the Care Quality Commission,”.

(3) In paragraph 4—

(a) omit paragraph (f), and

(b) for paragraph (g) substitute—

“(g) the Care Quality Commission,”.
