In paragraph 11 (which contains further interpretative provisions), in sub-paragraph (2)—

(a)

in paragraph (c), for “Part 1 of the 1977 Act” substitute “ Part 4 of the National Health Service Act 2006 or Part 4 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 ”, and

(b)

in paragraph (d), for “Part 1 of the 1977 Act” substitute “ Part 5 of the National Health Service Act 2006 or Part 5 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 ”.
