Disapplication of section 25 of the Burial Act 1857 E+W

25 E+W Section 25 of the Burial Act 1857 (c. 81) (which prohibits the removal of human remains without the licence of the Secretary of State except in certain cases) does not apply to a removal of human remains carried out in accordance with regulations under this Part of this Schedule.
