Counter-notices

Sub-paragraph (2) applies if the HCA serves a notice under paragraph 1 on statutory undertakers.

The statutory undertakers may, before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the date of the service of the notice, serve a counter-notice on the HCA.

The counter-notice is a notice stating that the statutory undertakers object to all or any provisions of the notice under paragraph 1.

The counter-notice must also specify the grounds of their objection.
