Section 53 (determinations under Part 2) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2) for “Housing Corporation” substitute “Homes and Communities Agency”.

In subsection (3) for “Relevant Authority”, in both places where it appears, substitute “appropriate authority”.

In subsection (4) for “any provision of sections 50 to” substitute “section”.
