SCHEDULE 8 E+W Amendments of enactments: Part 1

Finance Act 2003 (c. 14) E+W

80 (1) Schedule 9 (stamp duty land tax: right to buy, shared ownership leases etc.) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In paragraph 1(3)—

(a) after “and development corporations” insert “ etc. ”, and

(b) for “Commission for the New Towns” substitute “ Homes and Communities Agency ”.

(3) In paragraph 5(2) for paragraph (e) substitute—

“(e) the Homes and Communities Agency;”.
