40Studies relating to registered providers of social housing

The Commission may promote or undertake studies designed to improve the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of registered providers of social housing.

The Commission may charge fees for promoting or undertaking studies under subsection (1) at the request of the Regulator of Social Housing.

The Commission shall send the Regulator of Social Housing a report on any study under this section.

The Commission may publish the report.
