There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Crossrail Act 2008, Paragraph 1.
1(1)No obligation or restriction imposed under ecclesiastical law or otherwise in relation to consecrated land shall have effect to prohibit, restrict or impose any condition on the exercise of the powers conferred by this Act with respect to works.U.K.
(2)Sub-paragraph (1) shall not apply in relation to the use of land comprised in a burial ground for the purpose of constructing any of the works authorised by this Act.
