2U.K.Part 1 of the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965 (c. 56), so far as not inconsistent with this Act, shall apply to an acquisition of land under section 6(1) as it applies to a compulsory purchase to which Schedule 1 to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (c. 67) applies and as if this Act were a compulsory purchase order under that Act.
