In subsection (1)—
a
for “the parent of a child” substitute “
the appropriate person
”

in paragraph (b), for “the child” substitute “
a child
”

After that subsection insert—

In subsection (1), “the appropriate person”, in relation to a child, has the same meaning as in section 94.
