68 (1) Section 98 (admission for nursery education or to nursery or special school: children with statements of special educational needs) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (2)—

(a) in paragraph (a), after “section” insert “ 88C or ”;

(b) in paragraph (b), after “section” insert “ 88D or ”.

(3) In subsection (9)(b), after “section” insert “ 88C or ”.
