In section 180 (functions to be exercisable by National Assembly), in subsection (2) after “sections 40 to 54 (school admissions);” insert— “ section 55 (right of sixth-form pupils to opt out of religious worship); ”.

The amendment made by sub-paragraph (1) is deemed always to have had effect.
