14Notice and consultation requirements

Section 115 of the TA 2000 (notice and consultation requirements) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2)
(contents of notice etc) after “details of the facilities and standards of services” insert “
, and of any registration restrictions and registration criteria,
”
.
(3)
In subsection (4)
(meaning of “relevant local authorities” for purposes of consultation) for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b)
district councils in England,”.
