16(1)The chief executive may authorise (generally or specifically) any other member of the Commission's staff to do anything authorised or required to be done by the chief executive.E+W+S
(2)But sub-paragraph (1) does not apply to anything authorised or required to be done by the chief executive in relation to the certification of the annual accounts of the Commission.
