The applicant must supply the F2Secretary of State with such information in relation to the proposed application as the applicant would supply to the F2Secretary of State for the purpose of complying with section 42 if the applicant were required by that section to consult the F2Secretary of State about the proposed application.

The applicant must comply with subsection (1) on or before commencing consultation under section 42.
