98E+WIn section 47 of the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 (power to search persons in attendance centres for weapons), in the definition of “relevant person” in subsection (11), for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b)a youth rehabilitation order under Part 1 of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008;”.
