68 E+W The Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 has effect subject to the following amendments.

69 E+W In section 1(2)(a) (purposes of Chapter), after “2003)” insert “ , youth rehabilitation orders (as defined by section 1 of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008) ”.

70 E+W In section 70 (interpretation, etc.) omit subsection (5).
