42 (1) Section 40B (disqualification from driving) is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In subsections (5) to (8), for “Secretary of State” (in each place where it occurs) substitute “ Commission ”.

(3) In subsection (9)—

(a) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ Commission ”;

(b) for “he” substitute “ it ”.
