48KBail-in administrator: money

A resolution instrument may provide for the payment of remuneration and allowances to a bail-in administrator.

Provision made under subsection (1) may provide that the amounts are—
a
to be paid by the Bank of England, or
b
to be determined by the Bank of England and paid by the bank.

A bail-in administrator is not liable for damages in respect of anything done in good faith for the purposes of or in connection with the functions of the office (subject to section 8 of the Human Rights Act 1998).
