SCHEDULE 4 U.K.Vehicle excise duty: further provision about rates of duty etc

7 (1) The amendments made by this Schedule have effect in relation to licences taken out on or after 1 April 2010. U.K.

(2) But the amendments made by paragraph 5 do not have effect in relation to vehicles first registered under this Act before that date.
