There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Parliamentary Standards Act 2009, Paragraph 27.
27(1)In Part 6 of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (c. 36) (other public bodies and offices which are public authorities) at the appropriate place insert— “ The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority. ”U.K.
(2)In adopting or reviewing a publication scheme under section 19 of that Act, the IPSA must consult—
(a)the Leader of the House of Commons,
(b)the Speaker, and
(c)the House of Commons Committee on Standards and Privileges.
