Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (c. 37) E+W

90 E+W In section 17(2) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (duty to consider crime and disorder implications), after the entry for “a joint authority” insert—

“a combined authority established under section 103 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009;”.
