In section 79A of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 (“Local authority”: England), after paragraph (m) insert—

“(ma)

an economic prosperity board established under section 88 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009;

(mb)

a combined authority established under section 103 of that Act;”.
