Chair and chief officer: division of functions

(1)
The Secretary of State may confer additional functions in relation to the QCDA on the chair.
(2)
The functions for the time being conferred on the chief officer of the QCDA must not include any function for the time being conferred under sub-paragraph (1) on the chair.
