10(1)Ofqual may delegate any of its functions to—E+W+N.I.
(a)a member of Ofqual or Ofqual's staff;
(b)a committee established by Ofqual;
(c)a joint committee.
(2)A function is delegated under this paragraph to the extent and on the terms that Ofqual determines.
